Am 10 months on and fatigue was a problem, but found I was best if forced to do things, last year finished restoring one tractor and now on another. Currently have no feeling or control over passing water and have to use a sheath system which works fine. Major problem is UTI's which I never seem to be rid of, but no cancer and that is the main thing. Recovery is different for everyone, but keep doing the pelvic floor exercises.

eating very well is important. eliminate junk foods, eat more protein meals and small meals more often.

Losing energy is expected. Fatigue is expected as is leaking.

exercise helps especially if done often and moderately, say a walk every afternoon before dinner.

Other meds you may be on may be interfering in your healing, in which case this should be looked into.
