Hello, 2 weeks ago I had protected vaginal and unprotected oral sex with girl who is ten years older than me, just 3 days after I've realized that my glans is starting to be red and itchy. Also, in two occasions I have noticed a minor transparent leak from penis, which was sticky, and it occurred to me that it could be a discharge. I had similar problems with girl I slept with 3 years ago, and none of the STD tests were positive, neither urinal culture tests. I have visited urologist which prescribed me mild corticosteroid creme, which didn't help me at all, also, she gave me azithromycin in case that discharge appears again, and it has, today, but those are very small leaks, barely visible. Nevertheless, I took my azithromycin therapy last week, which didn't help much, and I should repeat it this week if symptoms of discharge and urination pain proceed. Also, I have bought antifungal creme, which had some effect but not much, meaning that I can still see itchiness and redness. Those symptoms usually become much worse after ejaculating. I see that everyone had similar problems, if you had any positive test results or successful treatment story with dermatologist or urologist, PLEASE COMMENT, because visiting private clinics costs a lot of money, and I would like to run appropriate tests for my kind of symptoms (for ex. why should I run HPV tests if I don't have any symptoms).
Thank you for reading,

I have a similar situation as that. I say if you can then try do a HPV test, but I am not sure if many places do it. Did you get back into contact with the girl to see if she has anything?

What you may have is an accumulative effect of different thing adding together to cause the irritation and unless you remove the exposure to the essential ones the irritation will remain, and this can be why when you have used the different medications symptoms have not reduced very much.
What you need to know is that during sex or masturbation the skin of the head and foreskin of the penis experience a great deal of friction and what this means is that things that these skin areas are regularly exposed to become a severe irritant while friction is taking place. Eventually, the mere presence of anything chemical based can become a severe irritant.
So these are things like soap, shower gel, skin creams, lotions and moisturisers, baby oil, anything that is oil based that is used as a Lube, chemicals inside condoms - eventually this intolerance can include things like soap powders used for washing clothes. The simple 'To Do' is to remove exposure to as many of these chemical based items as possible and the irritation can significantly reduce to the point where it no longer causes a problem for penile skin.
One simple example is, not to use soap for washing the penis - wash with water only and make sure you are completely dry afterwards.
You may have other things going on but if you remove an essential element of what is causing the irritation I may no longer exist or cause a problem ......
