Hi. You have my sympathy. I itch all over most nights. Seems to start late evening. First I thought it was something I was eating. Then checked the cat for fleas! No change to soaps.

It drives me mad. Take an anti-histamine most nights to try and help with sleep.

Any advice from anyone about this would be welcome.

Hi I had this a couple of months ago. My doctor told me to get Silcocks base cream, I even washed myself with it. worked great, itch was gone in couple of days.

Not heard of Silcocks. Just looked it up and appears may be similar to acqueous cream? Did it give you instant relief? I feel like a bear trying to scratch at night. Get one scratched then another starts. 🐻. That's why I take the anti-histamine about an hour before bed.

Definitely seems worse after I've eaten in the evening.

My temperature goes sky high too. Windows open whilst the OH is freezing!

At the minute, apart from my weight, it's the thing that bothers me most.

It took a couple of days for the itch to stop completely, but I stopped using ALL other creams, use only that even for washing as it foams up when water is put to it. Hoping it works for you x
