Itchy, bumpy sores around genital area. Herpes?

Hi! I recently started having sex with my guy about 2 1/2 months ago. A couple days ago I started to get an outbreak of bumps. They were itchy, painful, and it hurt to pee. My doctors think it's herpes but I am waiting for my results. I also have very painful pooping experiences, even though there were no bumps on my anal area. Just painful bowels. I also have this weird discoloration under my feet near my heel area. It looks just like ecchymosis.

My boyfriend says that a couple months ago he had painful, bloody urination, sore testicles, abdominal pain. He said he took some extra antibiotics he had at the house and the symptoms subsided. He assumed all he had was a uti.

Given this information. Is it possible that we have something other than herpes? Are there other STDs that have these symptoms? Gonorrhoea? Chlamydia?

      hi! sorry i have been having a bit of trouble with uploads right now. Plus i am on my period which makes it even harder to take clear photos
