Hi Harmeet, thanks for the photos. What you need to be aware of is that the skin of your foreskin and head of your penis is probably one of the most sensitive areas of skin on the human body.

So when males masturbate frequently, or, for a number of hours, and / or, like you, engage in energetic sexual intercourse, the skin in that area experiences a whole lot of friction. What can heighten the impact of this friction is whether there is the presence of any form of chemical on this area of skin at the same time.

So, this is generally, any form of Lube, some men use baby oil or skin cream or lotion during masturbation or sex. If you use condoms there are often a whole host of chemicals on the inside, for lubrication, making it easier to get them in place, and some have spermicides inside.

The other issue that would not help is whether you use soap or shower gel or lotion to regularly wash your penis. If you do you need to get in the habit of excluding soap and shower gels and so on from getting on your penis, and, in particular, the foreskin and head area of your penis. Use water only and you must ensure the head and foreskin are completely dry when you do wash with water.

What you can get is an accumulative effect of all this stuff that should not really be on this sensitive area of skin causing irritation to the level that you are experiencing.

Hair can appear on any part of the penis, even quite near to the foreskin, or sometimes on the foreskin. I am wondering whether you ever shave off your pubic hair? So, if you are talking about the hair in the area where your lower finger is on the other side of your penis, then this is not unusual for tit to be there. If you are purely referring to the bumps you have with the hairs, then this is likely to be irritation as well - only, with this area, you also need to be careful that sweat is not impacting on the area on a regular basis. With sweat, you need to change underwear every day, preferably after taking a shower - if you are not already doing this, and perhaps the underwear you have is helping you to sweat a little too much. Try finding underwear that helps you stay cool down there.

What the skin of your entire penis could benefit from is regularly using some liquid Coconut Oil - you can buy this quite cheaply, and it is really good for the skin. Apply 2 or 3 times a week, and the best time is to apply a light coating straight after you have dried yourself from taking a shower.

Let me know how you are getting on in 2 or 3 weeks time ......
