Hello smile I'm 23 and suffer with anxiety, recently just got over a chest infection and 2 days ago I've noticed I've got some small itchy red bumps on my palms, no where else, they feel very dry as well. Anybody know what this could be? And should I be concerned

Sounds like Dishydrotic eczema.   Are they like tiny blisters?....

If this is the case you can try a low 1% steroid cream/ointment at night that you should be able to buy OTC. Work into your palms, and hopefully this will help. Dont use any soap or hand cleanser or let any household chemical come into contact with your hands. Use an unperfumed hand lotion during the day. You can also try taking an antihistamine tablet once per day.

If this doesnt help within 2 weeks you may need a doctors advice, and do see your doctor if this gets a lot worse..

What medicine did you take for the chest infection?
