itchy tounge throat

For the past couple of months i have been experiencing a itchy tounge and around the opening of my throat it only lasts a little while it happens sometimes but with a wide variety of different foods, i do have oral allergy syndrome but the foods i react to dont have the same protein, what could this be caused by.

Thanks

Thats so interesting i have been having itchy instances lately and saw i have a little white thing in a tonsil so ive been gargling. I think i hurt it on some chips though thats when it started. Maybe food allergy as well. Giving it maybe two more weeks then going to probably go to see a doctor if needed.it seems to be really common. Everything i read says gargle with warm salt water and maintain good oral hygiene and to do sinus rinses. I cant do the sinus rinses it seems to make me feel ill. I have no real knowledge on this though it is annoying. It can be caused by way too many things. I think even reflux adds to it.

I've been really congested, and I have acid reflux, as well. It's really annoying.

If you figure out a fix at some point please share. Im hoping it just goes away with the warm salt gargles.
