IUD and cytotec

Just looking for anybody on the same boat as me.

Im gonna have IUD placement soon and was prescribed cytotec 200mcg by mouth the night before and the day of procedure to dilate my cervix for easy placement of iud.  Im just concerned if it is safe for me to take it because i just had open myomectomy / uterine surgery six weeks ago. i dont know if my surgery is a contraindication to take cytotec because it might cause uterine rupture. 

Anybody experienced taking cytotec but had history of uterine surgery prior?
