Jaw feels misaligned/Intense pressure on the roof of mouth/Head pressure, fatigue and dizziness

Im a 21 year old guy, and i have a variety of symptoms. I have this head pressure feeling, particularly on top and back of my head, and on my roof of mouth which is very intense (but not painful). It was started when i was 18, exactly 4 years ago (2017) and it hasnt go away, sometimes its getting worse. I cant really identify if what im feeling is dizziness or vertigo, but it really gives me a nauseous feeling, fatigue and loss of appetite and fullness of stomach. But im a hundred percent sure that the head pressure is causing this nauseous feeling. Im also having a blurry vision, mostly in the afternoon. Ive decided to write in this forum after reading several articles about TMJ, because i have this feeling of difficulty when opening my mouth, i also notice that there's a clicking (i dont know how to exactly describe it) but when i open my mouth and started moving my jaw side to side, it feels like it wasn't aligned properly. Giving a gentle massage on my TMJ and front teeth helps to lessen the pain, so i was thinking it can possibly be a dental issue or something. I was able to visit and ENT specialist wayback 2017, i was told that it might be sinusitis but the prescribed meds didn't worked. I also went to a neurologist, i havent done any test. But the neurologist told me that my symptoms isn't something serious. I haven't met any specialist since then because the symptoms isn't persisting at all. But this past few weeks, it get worse suddenly so ive decided to come here. Sincerely asking for opinions whoever experiencing this symptoms as mine or whoever overcomes this condition. Thank you so much
