just a quick hello!

Morning all, not had chance to catch up with you alll, so excuse me if I've missed anything. I just wanted to pop in and say hello and let you all know that I'm 'OK'. No wifi in hospital so probably won't get back on before I get home as the mobile connection is also very poor. xxx

      Thanks Teresa, doing ok. my first big tip would be drink lots of water and keep drinking lots of water. I didn't keep the drinking up and felt so ill this morning, lightheaded and not quite with it. Drank more today, massive improvement xx

      Oh bless, thank you Teresa, I'm ok, tired and sore but ok. Mobility is getting lots better and I have had a few walks outside, not for long just 10 mins each. My main complaint is groin pains, ouch they flippin hurt!

      Hope all is ok with you, how are you getting on with your injections? xxx

      Hi Luckymum,

      Great to hear from you.I am ok apart from a few headaches.I had my 2nd injection on Mon.I am now on Prostap instead of Zoladex as my surgery doesn't have Zoladexany more.They checked with my doctor first but were told that is is the same.It wasn't  as painful as the first with only mild discomfortant for a couple of hours later in the day.My 3rd one should be due on March 9th but due to my holiday I am having it on March 5th which is ok being a few days early of the 28 day guidelines.This will be my last injection prior to my op.I feel that something is happening as they are meant to reduce the size of the fibroids but I have actually lost half a stone.Not complaining as I need to lose weight.Might be a good excuse to buy some new clothes after the op.Glad you are getting around ok.I think the first 2 weeks are the worse.

      Glad you are well, enjoy your holiday, once you are back it will be all systems go! I want some of those injections, I could do with losing a bit of blubber! LOL x

      Yep got there even on my jelly legs! Yes can tether on my phone but not on my kindle and that was all I had with me x
