Just feel so broken, still!

Hi ladies out there and anyone else who can make sense of the nonsense I am going to write on here. I have written on here before but have never asked this question: for those ladies who know anything of PTSD associated with rape do you know if it's common to crave the child you were denied all your life, at the age of 45, because of being assaulted as this is how broken I feel every day. Is this common of women my age and premenstrual or more associated with PTSD, due to what happened, I was denied this through the morning after pill, am I being punished by God? Please help, my counsellor is not Catholic and can't understand this! Sorry this is so specific.x😍😑
