Hello Everyone,
So these panic attacks/anxiety attacks started about 2 weeks ago, I went and saw a scary movie and was driving home listening to music singing and it just started out of no where, never happened before, felt something come over my head, my throat felt as if it was closing and my heart started beating extremely fast, felt like I was gonna faint behind the wheel, didn't kno what was happening, I flagged down a cop (bonking horn & flashing high beams) they calmed me down a bit and called ems. Blood wk came back fine, they gave me anxiety pamplet and sent me hm. I'm like "Anxiety? Panic attack" since when...so since then it's been on and off, last past days been fine, been super stressed about my Birthday plans this weekend, so driving hm yesterday from work, out of nowhere it just comes, I had to pull over 4 times on side of rode, just wanted to get home.
I made appoint to see psychiatrist this month, to talk to someone professional. I just need help guys. I don't kno what to do, but it's bringing me down, I'm supposed to be out of town to celebrate my upcoming Bday, but I'm home in bed...*sigh* not fair.
FYI: my engine light was on in car, so ems said what could have started this was carbon monoxide in vehicle, I took my car to dealer and has gotten it fixed, tech said from what was broken in car, carbon monoxide could have very much come thru my vents and I'm thinking from the way I was feeling, that started these attacks because I'm afraid to get that feeling again, but who knows.
Thanks Guys for any advice...I feel like I'm alone.

I saw Insidious part 3. I use to always watch scary movies but something about that wasn't right, I felt it. Closed my eyes during majority of movie. I said never again.
I'm just tryna get thru and respond better to stress or better yet try to live more freely where everything in life doesn't affect me personally.
Thanks for responding, it really means a lot to be able to speak to someone.
