Its amazing!! We don't know each other but somehow we've become friends through coming to this group and sharing our experience s!! I'm from Sussex by the way
I've seen over the weeks how we've. all improved from where we all were many weeks ago .l love you guys , and as Dawn said we will have our off days still, but feeling good on most days , is wonderful !! Xxxxx

Your a lovely lady Pam, and all you others out there, keep up with the good work, it will happen, one day at a time, it’s soooo lovely to here people at there lowest, and struggling to carry on, then they come on here, and we are all behind them, to carry on, and wow they’ve done it, and life feels good again for them...
it’s so lovely to be on here, and make a few friends even if it’s long distance, we know if we come on this forum some one will talk to you..
