Large blood clots on Eloine birth control pill

Hi ladies!

I have been taking the pill for 3 months now (Eloine), and for the past 9 days I have been bleeding. At first it was very light and irregular, but now I am getting large chunks of skin/dark red blood clots and more bleeding. I also have cramps and an increasingly worse headache.

One thing is that the 9 days coincides with when I had diarrohea for 4 days straight while on holiday. Could this be related? Could this be an early miscarriage? (Perhaps the pill wasn't working while I was on holiday)

I can't get to a doctor for 2 weeks, so any advice is much appreciated!!
