Large menstrual blood clot or tissue

I'm a 23 year old female, I've had my period since I was 12 and ever since I've been passing these blood clots thats shaped like a heart and the size of half my finger. Its thick and chunky. It usually comes out on the third or fourth day. I have regular periods every 3 to 4 weeks, it comes on time as expected. but these blood clots are starting to concern me as it just looks so abnormal.
