i have this large painful lump/cyst like thing on my clitoris. i had this 7 or so months ago but it went away, but its now come back and is larger. its painful , tender and gets itchy. does anyone have any clue what this could be and is there anything i can do at home to try get rid of it or atleast help it? or should i go to the doctor, thank you

I am dealing with this exact same thing!!!! I have a spot like that in the exact same spot. It hurts like a sting feeling, especially when pressure is applied. It also itches and gets worse when I walk a long period of time. Did you ever go to the doctor or find answers?

Periclitoral cyst. Yes they are extremely rare and painful. It will eventually drain BUT it could take a while. It has clear liquid and is odorless. I have had 4 or 5. Do not get them drained in office. It was the most intensive pain I have ever felt. Worse than natural childbirth. I have no idea what causes them. It is not an STD. I have only been with my husband and we have been married for almost 20 years. My doctor said "friction" might cause it but i have yet to pin down a reason. I do believe tea tree, witch hazel pads help (I got them from Trader Joes). They don't "cure it" but it does have healing properties. Praying your pain goes away soon and it is not a reoccurring issue.
