    Hi

Dont despair, we are all here to help and support on this site and there are a few excellent characters that will always bring a smile to your face.

These \"blueys\" are excellent, although they dont work for everyone. Keep to the low fat diet and watch the weight fall off.

If ever you feel like giving up, tell us on here first and we will give you the strength to keep going. There will be good and bad weeks but we are all aiming for the end result

    So hang in there...... 8)

My first couple of days I was really bloated and had a very rumbly tum every time I ate. It soon settled down. Try Lactulose if you're still bloated and can't go, sorted me out.

    Hi Shiner & welcome

I have also decided to take the bull by the horns (so to speak!) after reaching a mind blowing :bleep: sorry there is [b:bd9f4036e7]no[/b:bd9f4036e7] way I could possibly divulge  lets just say I could easily anchor a large cruise ship

As long as you keep within your calories and limit your fat content you should be okay with no orange experiences lol I have been taking my bluey's for 6 days now with no problems  I have also gone back to the gym and managed a mind blowing 10km bike ride today.......nearly killed me lol but hey ho hopefully onwards and downwards!!

Yip... happen to be off work till the weekend , by then hope to have the hang of things, sounds like if you stiick to low fat should be ok. Have been ok so far only day 3 tho.... do you know if you excercise if things 'speed up' Ime a bit apprehensive about goin out for walks and gettin caught out.. or is that only if you have eaten recently that something likely to happen? Am I sounding paranoid or what!!

I'm off for my first weigh in tomorrow, I know i've lost weight just not sure how much docs scales will say I think its about 6lb.

I haven't been able to exercise yet but hope to start when my little girl goes to school, I drink wine or some such most evenings so as long as you watch the fat intake the weight seems to still come off.

Gonna cut back the booze now and hopefully the weight will disappear in stones
