Hi everyone. Does anyone else suffer with pains in their legs? If so what does it feel like and what eases it? 😊😊

My leg pain is a weird nagging fatigue...my muscles feel tight and wobbly at the same time. Rest helps but I went 4 months straight with this and had maybe two weeks of relief that came out of no where then was back again. When I massage them he muscles burns and feels weird...It is such a strange feeling I cannot even describe it properly. I'm still in a diagnostic phase but everything is coming back normal. I hope you get relief.

It's my knees that hurt and the outside of my thighs. I can't sleep on either side which is a nightmare because before all this happened I only slept on my side's.

Hi I also suffer exactly the same symptoms in my legs

I found Epsom salt baths really helped and also wear flight socks on an evening

Hope your feeling better real soon

I think it is a pretty common complaint Paula. I suffer with pain in my legs as well. I have extreme lower back pain when lying down and getting up in the mornings. My legs feel weak often as well. It takes a few hours and then I can get my ‘land legs’ if you know what I mean. Heh heh! So you are not alone Paula. Maggie

Hi. I don’t normal talk on here. I saw ur post & couldn’t help myself. My legs hurts so bad! They ache down to the bones, feels like growing pains I had as a young child. I can’t even sleep when they hurt. Muscle relaxers have been easing the pain somewhat. I hope u have a better day today than yesterday!

Hello, As I also suffer with pain in my legs I want to encourage you all to take a quality magnesium & Vit D supplement. It would be interesting to know if your Vit D is below normal as it is often a symptom of autoimmune related disease. The suggestion of having an Epson Salt bath works well too because it is another way to increase magnesium. Trying to sleep with painful legs is horrible. Restless legs are an indication of low Dopamine in the brain. Tyrosine supplement can help increase Dopamine which is essential for mood, motivation & lifting depression

I hope that helps a little because I know it sux to live with invisible symptoms.
