Lichen without itching?

Hey

so I have some symptoms which made me

think of LS. I have a small cut which has not been healing for a year. And my skin is very very dry and I'm often in pain after sex. My skin is also shiny and whitish but I have no itching at all.

Is it still possible it's LS even though it doesn't itch?

Thanks 😃

But when I was younger (11 or 12 years old) I had persistent severe itching. It was horrible. Me and my mum thought I had a persistent yeast infection and so I was treated with antifungal medication but it didn't help. I don't know if this has anything to do with LS.

It could be that the LS began at 11 or 12 (puberty?) and then settled with the onset of menses/hormones. and finally reappeared with the shiny, wrinkled skin. You don't have to have itch to has LS. I have the wrinkled skin but no itch, only pain Symptoms can be individualized. The c ut that doesn't heal i s more of a concern. Where is it, how did you get it and what have you put on it?
