Light headed and mildly nauseous

I have struggled with constipation most of my life, and recently an ulcer has triggered terrible episodes of it. But the thing is, I dont always realize I am constipated because I still have bowel movements every day. And then one day my stomach hurts, I take laxatives, and a couple days later I have a large bowel movement.

My doctor has told me to just take miralax every day. And I have been, except I miss a day once in a while. But after a couple weeks of it, I wake up a few days ago and have been light headed most of the day. Sometimes it makes me mildly nauseous but it passes. I still have an appetite and I only feel dizzy when Im walking around, not when sitting. Excedrin, Pepto, and ibuprofin dont help much. I have been making sure my blood sugar isnt low.

I wonder if now Im just taking it and not constipated, so its making me nauseous?

Hi I will like help you understand what is happening with you. Constipation comes from many different things. Poor diet not enough fiber, not drinking water stress etc, holding the poop when you are not comfortable to use the bathroom at work/mall or out some place where the bathroom is not clean.  Over the counter laxatives makes the body dependent on going to the bathroom. Prescription medication is also not good to take for constipation. The reason for your light headed feeling and nausea is your colon is being forced to go before your body is ready by taking all those different things like miralax is a dependable. It's also load with toxic chemicals you don't know about. Change your diet or eating habits, vegetables fruits grains, steam food raw juice are colon friendly foods. Bread, pasta, pizza, cheese, flour ingredients,  cause blockage. Colonics or colon hydrotherapy the gravity system, can help with constipation gas and bloating, it also help with going regular to the bathroom. 4 to 6 sessions recommended to clean the colon. The colon is 5 feet long so it takes time to eliminate waste especially if you are seriously constipated.
