Hi Mango6, I absolutely understand how you feel. I have been suffering from same and even worse symptoms for the past year. I also had some big disappointments a year ago (lost my position at work) and was really upset for some time. After I took some wrong decisions due to stress and it leaded me to even harder life conditions and more constant stress. There used to be weeks where I would feel awful all day every day..

Lightheadness, nausea and bluer vision, feeling like I'm gonna faint or dye anytime and that my brains just decides to switch off sometimes and its really scary, feels like you are going crazy... I still managed to work even though every day was such a struggle. Had no idea where did it come from and what to do to stop it. Had counselling sessions but didn't find it helpful as you can find all same stuff online. Also had loads of tests done and all came back ok. It's getting better little by little as I managed to get to change my life a bit. I figured out that every little stressful situation effects us really badly. Especially if you are short temper and get anxious and angry very quickly.

I separated with my partner and back living on my own for 2 weeks now and feeling like its getting better (at least last few days). I would still have odd panic attack out of the blue but learned how to manage it. Still struggling to sleep though...

It is really important to understand that it is how our mind works and it's not gong to harm us and it will pass eventually. Have you tried meditation or any other relaxation technique? Try to keep yourself busy all the time and not to think of how you feel. Hope you will get better soon xxx

Hey i just found ur discussion from googling around my symptoms and i am amazeeed how close are your symptoms to mine. I had the exactly same sympoms, low energy, constant fearfull thoughts and the worst of all constant lightheadedness for almost 10 months. I used to do boxing but nowadays i just cant even walk up the stairs for long without feeling dizzy and out of breathe. Plus i had tens of tests and been to all king of specialists but none was able to figure anything out. I recently started to feel out of breathe all the time and feel like breathing was such a energy consuming task and needed concentration. I just hope i start to feel better soon. Knowing im not the only one with the symptoms makes me feel better actualy smile let me know if you had any success treating yourself.
