Interesting article in Healio titled, Limited vitrectomy may benefit patients with multifocal IOLs, floaters.
Even though I have MF IOL and CS and Floaters, my case not serious enough to risk surgery, but informing others.

I may need vitrectomy in the future for my epiretinal membrane issue but it is not recommended until vision deteriorates to point where benefit vs risk is better. No one in my province even performs this procedure - would need to go outside.

have you had YAG in your multifocal eye?

No YAG. My floaters are not that bothersome, I guess I have gotten use to them over time. Unless I stop and think and look for them, I don't notice them.
Just sharing the article for anyone who situation is bad.
