little fishbone like things in my tounge

these bone like things have been in my tounge for aprox 6 months now the poke through my tongue some are really hard I can break them with my teeth. I will obsess over them trying to bite them or pull them out. they are underneath my tounge and on the surface painful at times and impossible to ignore has anyone ever heard of this?

    sounds like salivary stones.. clogged saliva glands. my son in law had them. His doc had him suck on hard candies to increase the spit flow. But there was a couple that had to be surgically removed. Probably be best to see an ENT to make sure that's what it is..
