Little white spots in the middle of the lingual frenulum (tongue string)

Hi,

Since the past 2 days I've noticed that the frenulum of my mouth has become swollen. Everytime I stretch it by widening my mouth, I can feel it hurt. It wasn't like this before.

I went to look at in the mirror and found that there are some small white spots on the frenulum itself. They are located right at the top of where the frenulum ends, basically under the tongue, however the swollen sensation of the frenulum is extended all the way to the bottom.

I'm 17 and have had no diagnosis of any medical condition or health problem. None of my family members or generations have had any history of health problems too.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.
