Lots of little bumps on my penis, please help

Hi, I’m 16 and Ive never been sexually active but I’ve noticed these little bumps on my penis can someone tell me what it is

    Sorry,  more description needed! If you have a computer, you can upload photos but not with a phone or tablet.

    Most small bumps are so common that we can usually say they are quite normal. See whether they disappear or develop over the next few weeks and report back any changes.

      Sorry no i don’t have a computer but they haven’t changed at all. They’ve been the same for long time now. I’ve been doing research I might think it’s fordyce spots because they look very similar
