Low blood sugar levels

Has anyone experienced low blood sugar levels whilst experiencing the menopause, because I get very wobbly in the morning

    Are you any meds because what you describe sounds like a side effect of a benzodiazepine and a few other meds?

    If this is not the case then it's just means that you need to eat healthie and drink lots of water.

      No I am not any meds.  I dont think I am eating or drinking enough.  Will try as you suggest. Thanks

    Do you feel better after eating ?

    go for some protein dominant meal

      It takes a while but gradually feeling better after food.  I will give your suggestion a try. Thanks

    Yes I did get this in peri especially more after exercising

      Pink, you need to eat protein within an hour after exercising. I would eat an egg, even though right after exercising I could barey function but the egg would help to stop that feeling.

    This is how I have been feeling, very wobbly in the mornings for about 10 days now with various other symptoms too. Have had urine and blood tests and they are all ok.

    I have actually come on this morning, after not seeing a period for between 4-5 months and feel somewhat better. Still a bit fuzzy headed but nowhere near as bad as I was. I cant believe all my symtpoms and feeling so ill have been the build up to this?!
