    Hi Denise

I think you have probably overdone it. It's very early days for you yet. Take it easy & rest when you need to. Carry on with your exercises to help build your muscles back up. I'm not sure you should be weight bearing on your op side yet, seems far too early so be careful!

Thanks value . Physio excercises are to balance on operated leg ! And she had said initially I wasn't weight bearing enough when using sticks ! Seems lots conflicting info at times . But I will take your advice and def have restful weekend

Sounds like you have overdone it a bit. It seems to me that the body cooperates and takes so much of building up exercises and then demands a day off

    Dear Denise. ...

I remember the back pain ... I couldn't move. .. I think that mine was Def related to walking unbalanced, not trusting my new hip and having the other hip getting more painful didn't help ...

But stretch exercises will help .. moving your hips side to side? , then

Rotate them gently ... It hurts in the beginning but s just do them any

Time you are standing somewhere ... kitchen counter , in line at market

. ..The bridge exercise helps a lot for stiff back ... try to relax .. I know that I am so tense when I go out for a walk ....

Take it easy this weekend ... warm hug
