LS - stress makes it this red!

When I am stressed at work, my penis will flare terribly. Like these pictures below. 360 degrees all around. Anyone have stress make their organ THIS red??
Background:
1.5 years ago I was diagnosed with LS on the glans - very early stage. A year ago, a terrible flare down and around the shaft. They treated it as LS but then the derm thought it was eczema and took me off clob. Now after failed treatment with tacrolimus, ointments, methotrexate, they did a "Grand Rounds" of all the doctors and they suspect is LS down the shaft with perhaps overlay of "friction dermatitis." They are doing patch test Monday and then later a biopsy.
I worry that a year has gone by and I have not been let to treat the shaft with clob/halebetasol.

when it is red like this for you, do you get other symptoms? does it hurt, itch or anything?

It burns. I never have an itch sensation although I hear that men are more likely to feel a burn. Right now it feels like a bad sunburn and it is starting to peel (this process usually takes 2-3 weeks).

Hi jj,
Biscuit here, different sex, same problem. I remember speaking to you earlier and am sorry to hear you've been going through this. Stress does definitely impact our situation. When the semester was done, I swear the pain went way down. Docs don't seem to know what to do. Have you cut out the sugar, the wheat? Have you tried gabapentin or Melatonin or even an anti-anxiety med? Doesn't appear like any eczema I have ever seen. I have done some research and found more evidence that your immune system has attacked your own tissues and that's why it's inflamed. Have you tried NSAIDs? I assume so. They do help me a little. I also had some immune function tests and AI markers. All but one was normal and the one that was high was for saliva, tears, and sweat and dr said that being high would not cause LS. Also went to specialist dermo who was a waste of time. I understand your frustration and send you a hug and support. Feel free to PM
