Lucid dream/sleep paralysis

I have fell asleep and dreamt and I was aware I was dreaming and I when I did I got scared so I saw someone and I rushed to go talk to him and told him that I am aware that I am dreaming but I want to say has anyone ever experienced something like this ? I’m really scared it has been happening to me recently. Where you know you’re dreaming but you can’t control anything you just have to go with the flow of your dreams. I just got scared and I could feel my heart beat
