I have been for three endoscope but they say everything look normal but I have this lump in my throat and when I sleep at nyt and I wake up the I have this sour taste I did change my diet dnt eat spicy food and stop drinking alcohol and stop smoking I got this yellow spot in my throat and sometime pain in my chest anybody with help for me

Do you have or have you ever had problems with anxiety?
Anxiety can cause chest tightness and breathlessness as well - even in isolation from the fear.

Just because they didn't find anything like damage or smythjng doesn't mean nothing's wrong that good news really but you could still be making to much acid as I am try taking done PPI medication for a few weeks see if it helps

even though it looks normal, dysphagia may be present. Do you have any trouble swallowing, could be Globus.
