Lump on base of penis

so a while ago like a couple weeks i got this lump on my penis and it has jus been getting bigger i didnt really even notice until today, i got tested and everything came back negative so i have no idea what it is. could i have a tumor starting to grow?image

    Unlikely to be something like a tumour. What regularly occurs in this location is a blockage of some kind to a skin pore or gland, or the other regular is an ingrown hair.

    Does it feel hard when you press on it or is it soft?

    Just to check: you do not use some kind of erection device such as a ring?

      and sorry i didnt read this fully but thats what i thought it was to an ingrown hair i mean so i pulled the hairs on top of it and it still didnt go away it jus kept getting bigger then i thought it was a zit so i tried popping it than after doing that for a couple days like literally a centimeter or less sized white squishy s**t came out and it never happened again

      What you need to do is ensure the infection is gone, as that is what the discharge is.

      The most effective way to deal with that is to use Liquid Antiseptic used to treat skin problems,

      Dab a little drop of undiluted onto it 3 or 4 times a day, because you have had this for sometime it may take a while to draw the infection - so do this for at least 5 days even if it looks like it has healed ....
