Lump that can be moved around on the back shaft. Pls help

imageIm sexually inactive (a virgin in fact) and just recently, i noticed a painless lump on the back shaft a day after masturbation. I can move it around and it seemed to blend in when i pull the shaft skin up. is it a blocked sebaceous gland or sth? if it is, why havent i had this before. i mean its not the first time i have masturbate. it has been a week and im so freaked out. never had this before. imageimage
