I've noticed these lesions in the back of my throat and I was wondering if they were anything I should be concerned about. I've attached a picture and circled the areas I'm talking about. I also feel a lump on the left side of my neck and don't know if that is correlated to this.

I have the same thing. I have been concerned that they are oral hpv but am beginning to think it is just how our mouth is and hopefully just apart if our genetic makeup.
