Maybe Pancreatitis but what level? I'm confused!

I believe I'm having a milt attack of pancreatitis but I'm not sure how bad it is.  All I feel is some dull pressure just under my left rib cage.  It happened after having several drinks of wine around one year after not touching alcohol.  I never drank much at all in my life.

The dull ache turned into a tinge of pain when I lean forward whilst sitting in a chair.  Now this feeling shows up after eating any fatty red meat or butter(either of which I don't eat much of).   I've limited my fat intake over the past 2 years so I'm stuck as to what has caused this.  Most of my life I've been pretty healthy but i must have done something wrong.  I've eaten allot of nuts in the past but have cut back over the last 2 years.

The pain does not radiate through to my back, it just seems to be under the left rib cage towards the center.  It's definitely my pancreas but I'm not sure how bad the problem is.

If it's not so bad yet, can it heal?  I'm starting to feel concerned that it may never heal going off what I've read on the web.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I should also add that when I drink allot of lemon juice to stimulate bile acids, I get a gurgling sound from my pancreas area.  Is this an issue?
