Hello,

My name is saeb I am 30 years old married and two kids, I have overgrown stomach and sometimes I feel pain in my Pectoralis major, oil massage on the muscle sometimes help, my penis does erect properly but after sometime during the intercourse I feel lump and get tired very quickly, I have senseless personality and very dumb personality. I used to watch porn since 11 years old, since 2013 I watched 5-6 hours ever day or two. I also had malaria twice in 3 years and a lot of mosquito have bitten me. I don't know the root of the problem, I have checked with local homeopaths but no help.
