I went through this symptom 4 months ago and found out that I was having mild anxiety attacks. Unfortunately I didn't find that out until the full blown anxiety attacks started happening back to back. I was prescribed 25mg of hydroxyzine and I no longer have that symptom.

I agree with Unico, its anxiety. Ironically, I had it this morning and went to the ER, it was all anxiety and I needed to be given anti anxiety meds to calm down and have it pass.

Hello Simone,  Oh yes...many times, for years...even while on HRT called Premarin!  But then again, I am on many other meds that "may cause dizziness", but even before all the other meds, I did experience this.  I've been on HRT since I was 33, I had to have a complete hyst, back then, and I am now 61, and now my doc wants me to go off of them, and my body is just not ready...I've been trying and it is NOT working, so I am going back on them!!!  I hate to tell you, as you can read from the others...it is never ending!!  Good luck to you Dear!
