Ive had both.. tend to get the cold flashes after i eat... cant get warm for about half hour and feel chilled to the bone. Sat in a house with 22 temp with big wooly jumper on and my heat set to high on my chair covered with a fur blanket. I think my husband thinks im insane.  Was really bad for about 12 months but has now settled.. only get it every now and again.. hang in there it does get better  smile

Oh heavens yes!  I am very lucky that I get hot and cold flashes!!!cry  It is very strange, because I live in Phoenix, AZ...one of the hottest places on earth in Summer!  I'm tellin' ya, sometimes my blood feels like ice water and I will get in the shower to warm up!
