HI looks like perimenopause if you still have periods. Maybe blood results will tell you something. These are symptoms and I have same symptoms at 46. I take antidepressant for it though not of much help. surprising dr take only hot flushes as sign for menopause.some ladies try supplement or natural products to help with issues. try magnesium along with b6 as supplement.

I also take Paxil for the anxiety and depression and I was in the ER not too long ago and then they gave me clozapam to take when I have an anxiety attack of course they gave me muscle relaxers. I've got a try to get my bearings straight so that I can continue with my life that's the biggest and hardest goal right now for me I know what's going on it's just to get myself back in the swing

hi linda.  you are not alone.  These are symptoms that we all on this forum have experienced and it is horrible. I thought I was the only one when it all hit me hard last year until I found the ladies on this site.  Look through old posts and you will see similar stories to your own.  The bloodwork is a good place to start and from there you will have to find what works best for you.  It is not an easy journey and some days will be just awful but lots of us are here to help you and symptoms do get better over time, but unfortunately can't sugar-coat it, it is an awful experience but the support here is just fantastic.!!

Wow it doesn't seem like it's going to be much fun but I do definitely appreciate the input that I've gotten and I will continue to be on this site just to see if anybody can give me any more advice after I do get my blood work back from the doctor.

It certainly isnt much fun Linda but like I say to get through

these horrible symptoms you have to be kind to yourself

and enjoy stuff when you are not feeling so bad. Do things you

enjoy and don't feel guilty about the time you spend on making

    yourself feel happy.

I have days when I feel really bad so instead of wallowing in

despair (which I used to do at times) I watch some comedy or

push myself to keep busy, it takes your mind off that days

    particular ailment/s.

I hope you have a supportive family. My husband is great, but

    he has his limits😁

So keep talking to us, there is always someone who can help you.

All my very best go you?
