Be patient, the menopause can be a truly horrendous time for some of us
Aching all over, sometimes I feel like I've been hit with a truck, headaches, weight gain, no energy (please don't think she's being lazy)
and then there's anxiety, depression and mood swings, exaggerated PMT
I could go on for ages about it all Shelby but you can read up on most of this stuff yourself, my allergies developed this summer too
but what I can do is ask you to support someone who's going through a tough time,
hugs, kindness and ignore the new strange (unlike her) behaviours which may have developed,
COMPASSION is the word
and good luck as it's hard for everyone at this time

Just try to be patient with her and don't take the moods personally, let her rant if she must and know it's not about you it's what's going on in her body.

I suffer the same aches in the elbow and shoulder so she is not alone. I'm not sure what to do about it have been to the DR and she is sending me for a scan to check for tendon damage / injury but seems its just the menopause as others have it aswell as you and me. Take care xx
