Hi Sue, yes, many women experience what you're feeling. It's very unpleasant but it is all due to hormonal imbalances that are going on in your body. Just know you're not alone.

Hi sue, I have the off balance and dizziness as well this has been my main symptoms along with anxiety and very low moods particularly in the morning.
I've had terrible neck pain and stiffness now for months some of it caused by bereavement and anxiety
Please don't do what I've done, I've lost the mobility in my neck through fear of moving it. It's incredible how hormone imbalance can affect you
Wish you all the best and look forward to better days xx

Yes it's amazing isn't it. 'We can't find anything wrong - therefore there IS nothing wrong!'
I had that from my doc yesterday. I have pain in almost every joint but the bloods came back clear for autoimmune diseases. So that's alright - there's nothing wrong with me!

That's just it--there's nothing wrong with us. Once we embrace that fact I think it'll help us cope better. Menopause is a natural and normal life phenomenon how mild or severe our symptoms are vary from woman to woman. These symptoms are very real and can be intense but it does not mean that there's something "wrong" with us. We need to abandon that thought. I think that will really help us. When I tell myself that this is normal and that this my hormones you'd be surprised at how that helps calm me.

Hi Sue. So glad to hear your anxiety is at an even keel presently. dizziness & feeling off balance is a very common meno symptom. i still get 1 or 2 spells a week, but i recognise what it is when it happens & just try to relax, lie or sit, steady myself until it passes. its been much better & less frequent since i started hrt in april. apparently its due to hormone fluctuations so my gp says. xxx
