MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE

Hi, Just wanted to wish everyone a great time. Having a flare up at the moment which is not nice but I know self inflicted as I have been enjoying a few drinks with friends in the lead up to Christmas. Was it worth it, definately - three great nights, I am stuck at home recovering from my foot op and haven't been out since so it was lovely of my friends to visit at this busy time.
I am treating things and they are already calming down. Hope you all manage to celebrate without too much bother. I do worry though how much damage this will do.
Never mind. too late now. Taking it easy from now on. Hubby cooked me a lovely dinner and no dessert as I am too full, Hope your meals all go successfully. Wishing you all the very best for the rest of Christmas and for 2015 x

I will stay 'celebate' , had a good reminder of the ugliness of the familiar 'pins and needles' due to flue. Almost over it.
Enjoy the rest of the holidays.

Isn't it wonderful to have our 'LS forum friends' here to share holiday thoughts with!
Like you and others I decided to celebrate for a few brief days - like in the old days before LS - and I am paying the price. So what you all told me - "sugar, wine, chocolate" have proved to be the gremlins that make me itch and burn.
But it is Christmas, and I said "So what? Time to take a chance." So like you, Morrell, I threw caution to the wind - for a few times - and back to the Clob until I regain my sanity. But this time, I feel I know what to do and I can handle the flare up without being scared. Like you, Chrisy, I wonder what damage I have done.
Here's my news! As a Christmas/Anniversary gift, (our 50th is today!), our daughter and husband are taking us on a Caribbean cruise the first week in February. Our son-in-law's parents too as their 50th was Dec. 19th - and our two grandchildren.
We have never gone on a cruise before and I am so excited! But how will I cope? I am going back to strict living tomorrow and be very good until then. I will have to pack all my 'helps' ( like squirt bottle, clob, coconut cream, etc) - please give me some advice on this!! I just do want to have a good week on the ocean!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of you. So thankful for all of you for giving us all hope!
