Metal taste after putting laptop charger in mouth

Alright I've had this taste, maybe a metal taste in my mouth for around 5 days now. Now in the back of my mind is that's a covid symptom, but I've been in my house for 13 days now without going out so doubt that. What it's likely is I had my laptop charging then unplugged it and had it in my mouth for a bit(the main plug that goes into the wall socket). Stupid yes, but suspect this is likely the cause. Brushing my teeth only gets rid of it for 15mins then the taste is back.

So any thoughts on if this if continues if I should see a doctor or will it just go away.
