I was prescribed this for sleep and they work brilliantly for me. They have helped me with anxiety and to sleep through the night.
However, never miss one! I missed two doses while staying with my boyfriend (forgot to take them away with me) and by the third night I was having very strange thoughts and severe panic attacks. I told him that if I died in my sleep that I loved him, etc. It was very unlike me. Went back to the docs and got some more and felt fine ever since.
I dread to think of the day I have to come off them, but for now, my GERD makes me so down in the dumps that I think I battle one issue at a time.
