    Hello  sad

I miss you and all the girls on here SO MUCH sad

I am so very busy with dad, 24/7... and when I do get breaks, I rest.. or try... still have to cook, clean and iron hubbies things... Speaking of that.. he leaves today, for 7 days, on a golf trip to Myrtle Beach with friends...I had to iron 7 outfits the other day sad  My back was killing me.. and I STILL get that side pain from the Hyst.

My dad stopped eating 2 weeks ago... and now the liquids are diminishing as well... he is ALWAYS dry, cotton mouth.. and looks so very thin..

I know it wont be long, and the thought now makes me really cry.

His voice is so shallow... he doesnt look or sound like my dad anymore..but I Know his heart is still in him...

He tells me he LOVES me ALL THE TIME, KISSES ME SOOOOOO MUCH... and I will treasure each one.

We sing our song "I love you, A bushel and a peck" every single day smile

I am trying SO HARD.... I pray to god for strength, and pray for him to watch over my father..

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THINKING OF ME & DAD!  (crying).. ITS SO HARD!

I hope you are recovering well.. I will tell you... I DO GET those side pains a lot now... but I am lifting dad a LOT in and out of bed for toilet.  Advil takes the edge off.

I wish you lived closer sad

Hope to talk again soon w/ you!

    peace & love..................Mary

      Hi Mary,

Have been thinking about you all week and wondering how things were going.  Give your Dad a big smacker of a kiss from me, and a hug from Rosie.  smile

Something to make you laugh, I got into conversation with Hubby's physio therapist about Tai Chi and he thought it would be great if I could get Ian doing some twice a week together with the physio exercises.  Although it hurts Ian to do it, he loves it, I just do a quarter of an hour with him, it is great fun having someone to do it with.  Also have persuaded Ian to do meditation with me twice a week, and even Rosie comes and lays on my mat so it is a family meditation!  I have become a Personal Trainer!  razz

You and your Dad are in my prayers.

      Love

      Jacqui smile

Oh sweetie stay strong, you are doing an amazing job, just watch those pains in your side incase they are trying to tell you something, I know you HAVE to look after your dad BUT you also have to look after you too. Try to make time to see your GP to have it checked, your dad would want you to be looked after and fit just as you do him. Love and best wishes xxx
