Mirena coil and itchy tingley painful rash is that a possible connection?

My Mirena was fitted 7 weeks ago and ive had light bleeding For 3 weeks and 5 days ago a rash developed on my back and then my forearms both elbows simultaneously and now individually on my calves a little on my thighs and my ankles. It makes my skin rougher than normal and it is a tingley, a cold painful intermittent itch, that if i scratch forms small red marks between 2-4 mm apart with an occassional small scab. Please can we discuss if it could be the coil, but alternative diagnosis is also welcome please!
