It takes anywhere from 2-6 weeks after anincrease to take effect, you may find in a week you feel better, I hope you do but you need to give it time unfortunately.

Hey. So i started 7.5 mg and upped to 15 mg within a week. And then after 4 weeks went to 30mg. the first week you will be anxiousm i was i am on my 3 week of 30 mg and i am doing better. It doesnt completely rid your anxiety but you will be able to manage it better if that makes sense. When you get anxiety do these 6 steps. 1. Accept that you are anxious and figure out whats bothering you like stress of new job, etc. 2. Give yourself permission to feel anxious. Its okay to have anxiety because... 3. Breathe. Inhale through nose mentally counting one one thousand 2 one thousand and exhale thru mouth mentally counting one one thousand until you reach to a count of FoUr. Do this for 60 secs. 4. Positive dialogue "this will pass" it wont hurt me, it will go away, etc. 5. Distract yourself go exercise clean etc. And lastly see a little humor in your anxiety. You may feel weird but you dont look weirD! Lol. This is what i have been doing especially when i go out to eat and stuff where i tend to have panic attacks. Keep me updated on you it will get better.

I have ativan Too. Try to take it when you absolutely need too. If those 6 steps dont help theN take one thats what i do havent needed one for over a week. And im with you With the job thing. Since my anxiety got out of hand since im in nursing school i had to quit my job. I just got a new job as a cna and i am so scared. But i keep telling myself that its okay to be anxious and it wont hurt me. If anything anxiety is a good thing because it is helping me be aware of my surroundings. I hope you start to feel better! Just thought if share some things that help me And hope they will benefit you!
