Hi, I was changed to 15mg mirtazapine from Prozac and took it as directed at night and legs were spasming in the mornings and very jittery but I took low 15mg as Dr was moving me slowly to 30mg which was better, but then phoned me to see him and he moved me to 45mg and that's where I'm staying as personally it suits me and lead a normal healthy life without suicidal thoughts on Prozac, I suppose different anti-depressants suits certain people! I wish you well for whatever you and Dr decide, but mirtazapine 45mg for me works.
