    Hello there,

I was on 15mg for 7 months and tapered off over a period of 3 weeks, had a few side effects but nothing major. Feeling lots better now and back to being me again, its surprising how the Mirt altered me without me realising it, having said that, it got me through a brief difficult period of my life. Take your time and think positive and you,ll be fine.

I had a bit of chest pain, odd dreams and a little anxiety but I knew what it was all about and didnt panic as I knew it would subside, which it obviously did. I think people stay on these meds longer than they need to because of the fear of coming off dont they ? Anyway, dont worry and it,ll be fine.

    Hi

After a year on 30mg, tapered to zero in 2 months, zero withdrawal,

    Benzo's helped a lot

    Highly recommend them when tapering

    Good luck
