Been on Remeron for about 10 years 15mg for sleep. Decided the stop cold turkey 3 weeks ago. Big insomnia problems and itching so bad I draw blood. But I'm determined to get off this unnecesay product and hopefully reduce weight.

      Hi Diamond

Good luck !  For the itching try a simple over the counter anti-histamine.  Mirt contains a huge amount of this and stopping CT allows a sudden assault hence the itching.

Let us know how it goes for you.  Best wishes.

May I just say Toria, I searched and found the support group you have set up, I'm familiar with fb Mirt support groups!  Would you consider making this a "Secret" or private group so that not everyone can see what you all write to contain the privacy of one another?  Just a thought.

I hope it goes well for you.

Hi, I thought with it being closed people who weren't members couldn't see? X

yes Toria, it looks safe now, but I can see who are members, maybe firm that up, just thinking of your anonymity?

    Good luck smile
