My last period was 18th october and im having constant low stomache ache thinking my period is coming, I feel quite emotional a times like when your pregnant.

I past a chemist earlier and bought a pregnancy test 😭 while pushing my grandson in his pushchair, waffling to the guy behind the counter and explaining im almost 50 all red faced😃😃 I have to do it for peace of mind but goes this sound normal??

Bless you Lisa.. but I do understand how you are feeling, my period was in March of this year, but at least once a month I have the same symptoms, mines like I’m getting ready to have my period, and I feel down and fed up, my hot sweats have stopped now ( yeah) after 4years of the so called crap.. think it’s just our hormones all over the place at the moment, just be glad when it’s all over and done with, I’m sure there must be some end to the menopause at some time😏

I know it’s hard when some one says keep your chin up, when you don’t want to, I just want to shut my door behind me, and stay there untill I sort off feel normal again, as so bloody hard at times to put a front on...

I hope soon you do feel ok, keep in touch on here as so many of us going through the same as you are.. big hug 🤗xx

I know how you feel. I’m bloated, sore breasts, headache, but I’m now spotting as well after missing two periods and having one normal one. It must be estrogen dominance that makes us feel this way.
